the heart & science behind this work *
as a former pediatric RN turned quantum healer, i bring the heart of clinical care and the science of the body into everything i do. years at the bedside taught me how to read subtle cues, regulate nervous systems, and hold space through intensity.

day 1 opens the field with a golden priming energy- this grids the space and begins gently raising the frequency.
