How do I know if I need a Quantum Recode or a Restorative?
If there’s something specific asking for your attention right now, a Restorative Session may be exactly what you need.
A Quantum Recode is for when you can feel there’s more to follow - a repeating pattern, a major block, a relationship or financial dynamic, a body experience, a big transition, or an expansion you’re ready for - and you want the space to really go into it.
Both can be deep. The Recode simply gives us a much larger container to follow the work across layers.
What if I don’t know what the actual root is?
You don’t need to. Come with what’s happening in your real life.

That’s enough. We start there + see what it’s connected to.
What if we uncover something I wasn’t expecting?
Honestly, we probably will. But most are typically relieved with what we uncover!
One of the reasons we have 2.5 hours is so we don’t need to know where the work is going before we begin. One layer may open another, and sometimes the connection is completely unexpected.
You are always in the driver’s seat. We work with what comes through + what feels appropriate to explore.
Do I need to understand quantum healing, light language or past lives for this to work?
No. You don’t need to understand every modality I use or have a specific spiritual belief system.
You do need to be open to multidimensional work. I’ll tell you what I’m sensing, seeing + working with as we move through the session, and you get to notice what resonates for you.
Am I going to be lying on a healing table for 2.5 hours?
Nope! A Recode can move between conversation, intuitive field work, the Biomat™, Spinal Energetics™, movement, grounding + integration depending on where we are and what the work calls for.
It’s 2.5 hours together, not 2.5 hours of one thing.
Where does the Recode happen?
Your Recode can take place in the River + Rise healing loft in Chester, virtually from anywhere, or in a select outdoor setting when nature feels supportive to the work.
Beach, woods, river, open space - we can choose the setting intentionally based on the experience.
Is virtual really as powerful?
The work translates beautifully virtually. We can still work with the field, light language, templates, timelines, past-life + ancestral material, quantum healing + integration. I have worked with clients abroad in the UK, Israel, Hawaii, Africa + more - the feedback was that the shifts were fully felt as if we were in the same space together.
