The Mama Restorative

Somewhere between caring for everyone else and carrying everything that comes with motherhood, it's easy to lose connection with yourself.

This restorative is a space to reconnect.

a space for you

Motherhood is one of life's most profound transformations.

Whether you're navigating conception, pregnancy, postpartum, or the ever-evolving journey of raising children, it touches every part of who you are.

This restorative is a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive support for the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic demands of this season.

Because when a mother feels supported, she has more capacity to be present for what matters most.

The River + Rise Method™

Motherhood doesn't just impact one part of you.

It impacts your body, your emotions, your identity, your capacity, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.

Using the River + Rise Method™, we work with the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of your experience to help restore coherence, clarity, and connection across the whole system.

Because when you reconnect with yourself, motherhood becomes a much lighter thing to carry.

Inside the Restorative

01

We Begin With You

When you arrive, we'll take time to settle in and talk through what's been happening in your life and motherhood journey.

Together, we'll explore what's asking for attention, support, healing, or simply more space to be heard.

You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you need. We'll begin where you are.

02

We Work With What Emerges

From there, we'll move into the restorative portion of the session.

Using the River + Rise Method™, I work with the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of your experience to support greater clarity, regulation, restoration, and reconnection.

Every session is different because every mother and every season of motherhood is different.

03

Space for Integration

After the restorative work is complete, you'll have time to simply be.

Many mothers describe this as one of the few moments in their week where nothing is being asked of them.

You can sit quietly, journal, enjoy tea, or simply allow the experience to settle before returning to your day.

04

Continued Support

Your session includes access to The Inner Current, a private collection of resources designed to support integration and help you stay connected to the shifts unfolding after your session.

“Jaclyn. I don't even have words yet, but I need you to know that this just changed everything.

I came in thinking I needed a break, some rest, maybe a good cryyyy haha. But what actually happened was I remembered who I am. my body feels different. not fixed. just like… it belongs to me again? i laid on the floor after and just started crying and laughing at the same time. i’m honestly kind of shocked. like how did i not realize how disconnected i was until i wasn’t? idk if this makes sense.

But thank you. Seriously. This was something i didn’t even know i needed. And I already know this is going to change how i show up for my kids in the best way.

A massive thank u from our family."

"My husband and I had been trying to conceive for over a year, and somewhere along the way, the process stopped feeling hopeful. Every month felt like a rollercoaster. I was tracking everything, researching everything, thinking about it constantly. Even when I wasn't talking about it, it was always there in the background.

I came to Jaclyn because I realized I wasn't just carrying the desire to become a mother. I was carrying fear, pressure, disappointment, and so much responsibility for making it happen.

What surprised me most about this work was that it wasn't focused on fixing me. It helped me reconnect with myself. For the first time in a long time, I felt calm. I felt like my life wasn't on hold waiting for a specific outcome. I began trusting my body again. I began trusting myself again.

No matter where you are on your conception journey, that kind of support is invaluable. This work gave me something I desperately needed: the ability to feel like myself again while moving through one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life."

“I booked this restorative thinking it might be a nice pause before the baby comes. But what happened felt way bigger. It was like my whole system finally settled. I didn't realize how much tension i was holding- not just about the birth, but about stepping into this next version of me.

This space helped me actually FEEL my body again. like really drop in in a way i didn't know it could. I feel calmer. More grounded. And honestly powerful? Not because everything’s figured out but because i trust in me again. I trust in what my body came here to do.

I actually feel a connection to my baby in a much deeper level. AND the baby loved your light language, she would dance around everytime you spoke to us. Ok im going to cry again lol ..seriously thank you so much. I will be booking again for next trimester, love you jack!!!

Highly recommend for anyone navigating this journey called motherhood!”

Jaclyn Shea

Motherhood transformed me in ways I never expected.

After navigating an emergency C-section, severe postpartum preeclampsia, and postpartum anxiety, I came face-to-face with how much a mother's body, mind, and heart truly hold.

I learned that support isn't a luxury during motherhood. It's essential.

Today, through the River + Rise Method™, I help women navigate conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood with greater clarity + deep support.

You deserve a space where you don't have to carry it all alone.

faq

Do I need to be in a specific stage (pregnant, postpartum, etc.)?

No, this restorative is designed to support women through conception, fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Wherever you are in the process, we'll meet you there.

What does the session feel like?

Every experience is different, but most women describe feeling more grounded, settled, and connected to themselves afterward.

Some experience emotional release, new clarity, deep relaxation, or a greater sense of trust in themselves and their bodies.

There is no right way to experience a restorative.

Is this supportive during IVF or  a high-risk pregnancy?

Yes, as long as you are under the care of your medical provider.

This work is designed to complement, not replace, medical care by supporting nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and overall capacity during what can be an intense season.

Can my baby be in the room?

Absolutely.

Babies are welcome during your session. If your baby needs to nurse, be held, or take a moment of attention, we'll simply work with what is needed in the moment.

Will this replace medical care?

No. This work is designed to complement medical or therapeutic care, not replace it.

How many sessions will I need?

Every woman and every season of motherhood is different.

Some women experience meaningful shifts after a single session, while others choose ongoing support throughout conception, pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood.

We'll always work from what feels supportive for you.

Is this safe during pregnancy?

Yes.

This work is gentle, non-invasive, and tailored to your individual needs and stage of pregnancy.

Can this help with birth trauma?

Yes.

Many women seek support when they feel emotionally, physically, or energetically impacted by their birth experience.

This restorative provides a gentle space to process, reconnect, and support your system as it continues to heal and integrate.

What if I've lost myself in motherhood?

You're not alone.

Many women come to this work because they feel disconnected from themselves after years of caring for everyone else.

The Mama Restorative is designed to help you reconnect with yourself while continuing to navigate the realities of motherhood.
