you’ll receive a short prep guide- this might include intentional tidying, setting a space intention or sharing specific areas of focus. you don’t need to be present during the session timeframes, but you’ll likely feel the shift.

Absolutely- clearing old imprints and setting the frequency before or right after you move in can be one of the most powerful ways to start fresh and claim the space as fully yours.
