The Creative restorative

you can feel something in you trying to be born.

This restorative is for creatives of all kinds - artists, writers, performers, musicians, founders, filmmakers, and visionaries who are ready to reconnect with themselves and bring their work fully to life.

This isn't about forcing the work

It's about reconnecting with the part of you that already knows.

The book.
The business.
The performance.
The art.

Those are expressions.

The real work is remembering who you are beneath the noise.

Because when you reconnect with yourself, the next step becomes much easier to see + fully express.

For the vision that's ready to be born

01

There's something you've been putting off, avoiding, or circling around for far too long.

02

You can feel the next chapter trying to emerge, even if you can't fully see it yet.

03

You're tired of second-guessing yourself and shrinking your vision to make other people comfortable.

04

You know you're capable of more than what you're currently allowing yourself to create.

05

Staying where you are feels heavier than moving forward.

Inside the Restorative

01

We Begin With You

When you arrive, we'll take time to settle in and talk through what's been happening in your creative life, work, or vision.

Together, we'll explore what's calling for your attention, where you feel stuck, and what may be standing between you and the next chapter that's trying to emerge.

You don't need to have it all figured out. We'll begin where you are.

02

We Work With What Emerges

From there, we'll move into the restorative portion of the session.

Using the River + Rise Method™, I work with the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of your experience to support greater clarity, self-trust, creative flow, and connection.

Every session is different because every creator and every vision is different.

03

Space For Integration

After the restorative work is complete, you'll have time to simply be.

Many people spend this time journaling, capturing ideas, reflecting, or allowing new insights to settle before returning to their day.

04

Continued Support

Your session includes access to The Inner Current, a private collection of resources designed to support integration and help you stay connected to the shifts, ideas, and creative momentum unfolding after your session.

The Approach

The goal isn't to become more creative.

The goal is to reconnect with the part of you that already is.

Using the River + Rise Method™, we restore coherence across the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of your experience so you can move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and creative momentum.

kind words from clients

"Before the restorative, I felt completely stuck. I knew there was a book in me, but every time I sat down to write, I would overthink, second-guess, and talk myself out of it.

What shifted wasn't the book. It was me! For the first time, I could actually see what I was trying to create without all the noise around it. The vision felt clear. The pressure was gone. And the words started flowing again.

I left feeling more connected to myself, my voice, and the work I've been carrying for years. The book isn't waiting anymore. I'm writing it. Thank you Jackie, love you girl!!!!"

—Emily B.

"I didn't realize how much of myself I had been leaving out of my own art. Somewhere along the way, I started creating what felt acceptable instead of what felt true.

This experience helped me reconnect with the part of myself that made me want to create in the first place. For the first time in years, my work feels honest. Just real. raw. and ME.

And somehow that's made it more powerful than ever. I'm speechless. Thanks Jaclyn!"

—Jessica N.

"As a musician, I thought I was struggling with confidence. What I realized during our work together was that I had become disconnected from my own voice.

Not just my singing voice, but my actual voice. I was filtering myself, second-guessing everything, and shrinking my expression before it ever reached outside of myself.

After the restorative, something felt different. I trusted myself more. I trusted my instincts more. And for the first time in a long time, creating feels natural again.

I feel connected to my sound, my voice, and myself in a way I haven't felt in years. Jackie you are a gift, thank you."

—Sarah L.

"I came to Jaclyn thinking I needed a better strategy for my business. What I actually needed was to reconnect with myself. I had SO many ideas, but I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and second-guessing every decision. The more I pushed, the more disconnected I felt from the vision that made me start the business in the first place. After our session, I felt clear.

Not because I suddenly had all the answers, but because I trusted myself again. The next steps became obvious. The business didn't need fixing. I needed to stop abandoning my own knowing. That shift changed everything.

Thank you for everything, Jackie I will be joining your Summit container. CANNOT WAIT!!!"

—Rach Z.

"As a performer, you're constantly being evaluated. Auditions. Callbacks.
Reviews. Opinions. I didn't realize how much of that I had internalized until I worked with Jaclyn. Somewhere along the way, I stopped trusting my own instincts and started performing from fear instead of my actual love for what I do. The restorative helped me come back to myself in a big way.

The biggest shift wasn't booking a role. It was walking into the room as myself instead of trying to be who I thought everyone wanted me to be. That changed everything. I'm being seen in a new way and the ripple effect of this has changed my entire career in a massive way. Jack you are amazing."

Jaclyn Shea

integrative restoration practitioner and founder of river + rise studio

At 30, I was a Pediatric Emergency and Surgical RN—stable, respected, and quietly aching for something more.

During night shifts in the ER, I filled post-it notes with ideas, visions, and dreams I couldn't ignore.

For years, I thought I needed a better plan.

What I actually needed was to reconnect with myself.

Today, I help artists, writers, performers, founders, and visionaries do the same- so they can bring their work, ideas + fullest expression into the world with greater clarity and raw authenticity.

How do I know if this restorative is right for me?

If you can feel something in you asking for more expression, clarity, visibility, or movement, this work is likely for you.

Many clients are artists, writers, performers, founders, and entrepreneurs, but the common thread is not what they do. It's that something is asking to be created, expressed, or brought to life.

What if I don't know what's next yet?

You don't need to have a fully formed vision before you arrive.

Many people come to this work because they can feel something shifting, emerging, or asking for their attention—even if they can't yet put words to it.

We'll begin there.

Is this business coaching or creative coaching?

Not exactly.

The Creative Restorative isn't focused on teaching strategy or technique.

Instead, we work with the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of your experience to help restore clarity, self-trust, and connection to what feels true.

What if I feel creatively blocked?

Creative blocks often have deeper roots than a lack of ideas.

Many people discover that overwhelm, self-doubt, perfectionism, fear of being seen, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves are part of what's standing in the way.

This work helps create space for greater clarity and creative momentum to emerge.

Is one session enough?

One session can create significant movement and clarity.

Some people book a single restorative when they're navigating a specific transition, while others return for ongoing support as their work, vision, and life continue to evolve.

what if i'm afraid of being fully seen?

You're not alone!

Many creative blocks are rooted in fear of judgment, rejection, failure, success, or visibility.

This work helps you reconnect with yourself so you can move forward from a place of trust rather than fear.
